We've got something lovely for our youngest readers!
Gleadless Library is taking part in Bookstart Storytime, a free scheme from BookTrust designed for children aged 0–5 and their families.
There are some wonderful books to discover, and children can enjoy them here in the library or borrow them to take home and read together.
Little ones can also get their very own Bookstart Storytime activity booklet and collect stickers as they explore the books.
It's a lovely way to introduce young children to reading, discover new stories and enjoy sharing books together.
Why not pop into the library and get started?
Our volunteers will be happy to help you find the Bookstart Storytime books and explain how the sticker collecting works.
We look forward to welcoming our youngest readers!
